Isaiah 9:6 KJV
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given:
And the government shall be on his shoulder:
And his name shall be called Wonderful, Councilor,
The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Luke 2: 1-20 KJV

And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. 2( And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) 3And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. 4And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)

SING:   O little town of Bethlehem, how still we see thee lie!
             Above thy deep and dreamless sleep the silent stars go by;
            Yet in thy dark streets shineth the everlasting light;
            The hopes and fears of all the years are met in thee tonight

5To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. 6And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. 7And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

Sing:   Away in a manger, no crib for a bed,
           The little Lord, Jesus, laid down His sweet head;
           The stars in the sky looked down where He lay-
           The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.

8And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. 10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. 11For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

Sing:    Joy to the world, The Lord is come, let earth receive her King;
            Let ev’ry heart, prepare Him room, and Heav’n and nature sing,
            And Heav’n and nature sing, and Heav’n and Heav’n and nature sing.

12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

Sing:     Hark! The  herald angels sing, “Glory to the new-born King;
             Peace on earth and mercy mild; God and sinners reconciled.”
             Joyful all ye nations rise, join the triumph of the skies;
             With the angel hosts proclaim, “Christ is born in Bethlehem”.
             Hark! The herald angels sing, “Glory to the new-born King!”

15 And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. 16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. 17 And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. 18 And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. 19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. 20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

Sing:   Silent night, holy night, all is calm, all is bright,
           Round yon virgin mother and child, Holy infant so tender and mild.
           Sleep in heavenly peace. Sleep in heavenly peace.

          Silent night, holy night, Shepherds quake at the sight.
          Glories stream from heaven afar, heavenly hosts sing alleluia;
          Christ the Savior is born! Christ the Savior is born!

         Silent night, holy night. Son of God, love’s pure light,
         Radiant beams from thy holy face, with the dawn of redeeming grace,
         Jesus, Lord, at thy birth, Jesus, Lord, at thy birth.

         Silent night, holy night, wond’rous star, lend thy light;
         With the angels let us sing, Alleluia to our King;
         Christ the Savior is born, Christ the Savior is born.

The Greatest Christmas Gift

The greatest gift we could receive was the gift from God above,
the gift God gave us on Christmas Eve, sent with His own True Love !
Jesus,Our Lord

A little baby was sent to earth so many years ago,
Our Heavenly Father sent His Son to feel how humans grow.
Angels heralded His immaculate birth with songs of Heavenly joy,
Though the Heavens resounded few understood
the significance of this boy.
He came to earth to experience life, as a baby, a child, and a man.
It didn’t take long till the people He touched began to understand,

He was born of a virgin mother; He lived a life of humility.
He raised the dead, healed the sick, and caused the blind to see.
He was more than mere human, the incarnate God, with wisdom beyond belief.
He embarrassed the wise, chided the proud, and granted the sorrowing relief.
After all the good he did while on earth He was brutally hung on that tree.
To grant us forgiveness for all the transgressions committed by you and by me.
